This is a hands-on audit of your current food choices. Together, we’ll review ingredients, get to know your favorite products, and swap out low-nutrient foods for healthier, more nourishing options. The goal is to build a pantry that supports your health while still being enjoyable and realistic.

Grocery Store Tour

We’ll visit the grocery store of your choice and focus on selecting healthy food options, reading nutrition labels, spotting red flags, and choosing sustainable, budget-friendly products. This experience will help you feel more confident navigating the store and making informed decisions that align with your wellness goals.
